How To Use Layers
When you are working with "busy" or more detailed sketches, sometimes Elements will overlap or one will "hide" behind the other. When this happens, you can control the "layer" position of each Element. Use the following functions to move Layers up or down so Elements are visible or easier to move, edit or navigate.
You can use the upper toolbar:
Or you can click to highlight an Element on the canvas. Then, right-click your mouse and select one of the following options:
Here's an animated video that shows how "Bring Backward" can be used to incrementally move an Element down one layer at a time. As opposed to using "Bring To Back" which will immediately place the Element as the bottom Layer on the canvas (behind all other Elements)
Once you play around with this a little... you'll be a Layer Slayer in no time!
