Why Did SketchWow Flag My Anti-Virus Software?
Sorry about that warning message. SketchWow uses all the required (paid) security signing certificates to comply with Microsoft. However, during the installation process, the SketchWow install file may trigger an anti-virus alert (or Microsoft Defender Unrecognized App warning) on certain devices. This is not warning you about an actual threat, but merely altering you as a precaution. We would never release a virus, spyware or malware that would compromise or harm our customer's computers.
To avoid this warning, you can follow these steps:
1) Right click on the SketchWow installer (.exe) file
2) Select properties option.
3) Click on checkbox to check Unblock at the bottom of Properties.
In addition to the above steps, you can add SketchWow to the Exclusion filter inside the Anti-Virus Software itself to be sure the software is recognized as part of the Anti-Virus's Trusted Zone.
