Adding Animated GIFs to Apple Pages

As you may (or may not) know... you can export your SketchWow animations as animated GIF files. Even better... if you run Apple Pages (Apple's version of MS-Word), you can add these super-cool animations to your "plain-as-vanilla" docs! How so, you say?
