We do our best to be responsive to your needs. However, we do try and get a little shut-eye over here. Our support team is active at the Help Desk Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM Eastern time. Our team does occasionally check-in off hours and over the weekend. Also, we do our best to reply to you on the same day.
If there is a delayed reply to your support request, don't panic. It could be 2AM our time when you submit a support request. Or it could be a busy day over here. Kindly allow us some time to get caught up and reply to your support request.
Pro Tip: Please do not send 3 emails and 2 Facebook messages asking for support. This only slows down the response time for everyone and adds to the backlog of support tickets we reply to everyday. Thanks
