How To Create Swimlanes

Just like creating a chart/table, you can use a combination of shapes to create vertical/horizontal swimlanes.

Simply modify the shape (square, rectangle) > right click and Group > Duplicate (Ctrl +D) > Group.

You can also use a Grid background as a temporary guide. 😉
