Presentation Annotation Tools

Nobody wants to sit through another snooze-ville Powerpoint presentation. To make your presentations more engaging and interactive, you can use the Annotation Tools in Presentation mode.

First step. Enter Presentation Mode using the drop down menu View > Presentation. Use a keyboard shortcut. Or click the "Present" icon on the top toolbar.

Use different Pens to draw or highlight important points on your slide.

You can also add Text...

Draw attention, highlight and markup your slide using the Laser Pointer...

...or focus attention on a specific section using the Spotlight tool
